General tolerance tables
Lesjöfors selection of springs is based on different international dimension standards. Nowadays, all the compression springs are gathered in a single article directory. Because there are different tolerance tables for the spring diameter and different requirements regarding surface grinding this information is presented below in table format. The item´s name decides which diameter table and surface grinding is applicable , there are three different tables, A, B and C. You will find other tolerance tables for length, force, etc. further down the page.

Tolerance for angle deflection  
Sheath Line A deviation from the vertical line must not be greater than 0.05 Lo (2.9 °). Parallelism deviation A1 must not be greater than 0,03. See fig V1 Dy (1,7°). Siehe Abbildung V1.
